Product Profile of Four Head Vial Cap Sealing Machine
Four Head Vial Cap Sealing Machine is driven by using single motor which synchronizes conveyor, star wheels and platform turret and the speed can be varied by the speed pot on operating panel. The Vial Cap Sealing Machine is fitted with digital counter for counting number of sealed vials. The Vial Cap Sealing Machine has a photo sensing device that stops machine automatically in the event of no aluminium cap in delivery chute. Four Head Vial Cap Sealing Machine is featured with spring loaded free spinning sealing rollers that eliminate any damage to aluminium caps and also allows greater flexibility of variation in the container neck diameter.
